Returns
We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase we will work with you to find a solution you are happy with. Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt. Customer pays for return shipping unless there was an error on our part.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable.. We are also happy to make exchanges for another item.
Our return policy on sale items is the same as for regularly priced items.
Refunds
Credit will be made in the original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a picture of the damaged package for our insurance purposes.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. Custom jewelry which has been sized or changed at your request is not refundable, but we will work with you and do our best to make you happy with your purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
